Orders are processed Monday – Friday (excluding public holidays) from 8am – 5pm AEST and can take up to 2 – 3 business days to process before being shipped. Once shipped you will receive your order within 2-3 days.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

We will only accept a return if the item is damaged, you will need to provide receipt or proof of purchase and photos of the damaged goods, once approved it will need to be sent back to us within 7 days at the customers expense, in its original packaging and original condition. If the item arrives otherwise, a refund may not be approved. Tracking details will need to be provided to us by the customer within the 7 days of receiving their item.
